The Euro 3-month LIBOR is predicted to climb above 1.5% by the end of 2010, according to the November Wells Fargo Securities forecast.
In particular, the Wells Fargo Securities forecast predicts that the 3-month LIBOR in Euroland will stand at 0.65% by the end of the fourth quarter of 2009 and that it will stay there by the end of the first quarter of 2010. However, it is predicted to rise to 1.00% by the end of the second quarter of 2010 and continue climbing further to reach 1.40% by the end of the third quarter of 2010 and 2.00% by the end of the fourth quarter of 2010.
The Wells Fargo Securities forecast predicts that the Euro 3-month LIBOR will continue rising in the first half of 2011 and particularly reach 2.75% by the end of the first quarter of 2011 and 3.20% by the end of the second quarter of 2011.
