Housing Construction in April 2007 Still Considerably Below Last Year's Levels

National Association of Realtors (NAR) Economic and Real Estate Forecast NAR's latest forecast of May 2007 predicts that sales of existing single-family homes will drop 2.9% in 2007 while prices are expected to drop 1%.
